Felicity is the visionary founder behind Le Anchor Retreat, driven by a deeply personal and transformative journey. 

A former high-performing corporate leader and coach, Felicity navigated the  demands of her career while raising two children as a single mother. It was after a prolonged period of several major life transitions that she experienced profound burnout, a turning point that led her to redefine success and well-being on her own terms.

Living with ADHD, Felicity understands firsthand the unique challenges and strengths that neurodiversity and a history of trauma as well as daily parenting challenges brings to high-pressure environments. 

Her personal path to recovery wasn't just about healing; it was about discovering sustainable practices and effective strategies that integrated her unique cognitive style, enabling her to not only recover but to truly thrive.

Felicity is a testament to her own product. She now passionately guides other high-achieving professionals, leaders, business owners, and entrepreneurs as well as parents of humans or fur babies struggling with balance – who are ready to "draw a line in the sand" for their well-being. 

Her retreats, workshops and coaching are meticulously designed to be neurodiverse-friendly and trauma informed whilst remaining light hearted and fun offering practical, empathetic solutions that lead to sustainable self-care, powerful communication, and true ownership of one's wellness journey.
